Re: EBC Gold Dimpled Sloted (knqckdqwndragqut)

FYI before and after break-in (they don't stay gold):
I got the EBC rotors from Place For Brakes and pads from them/EST. I went with the Hawk HPS though.

Re: (chromecarz00)

Dude,
I had to go see Harry Potter LOL!!!
And let it cool off... After getting home at seven I got one side on before dark.
I must say I would consider myself a experienced mechanic. I have done everything except a scratch engine build and dropping gears in a diff (prolly) the hardest thing besides transmission work. Not to mention I have an degree in Mech Eng
The bolt placement on the right rear for the upper caliper bracket is retarted. They put two huge brake lines in front of the bolt. Thank god i have 100k in tools in the garage thanks DAD. They must just drop the trailing arm at the dealer and work on it that way.
I must say at 5mph backing into the driveway with only the right rear on they are great over stock LOL.

As you can see the dust from the stock pads. And I don't think you even wanna see the stock rotors. I will post pics with the assembly for the other side minus the wheel on there.
And yes I will keep the forward updated on how I like them.

Volvo does a lot of things you would think are retarded lol. XC90 rear caliper bolts that are too close to the spring so you cant get a 7mm allen socket in there with a racket
