So I have purchased 3 Volvos from the DB group the S60R being the latest. I have had the car for a year, and over all pretty pleased though it has been back to service about 5 times in one year for random stuff going bad. Each time I brought it to DB Dulles I dealt with a service adviser initials CC and he has been well a big fat D1ck every time.. acting like it is my fault I have problems and dismisses anything I say is a problem like he knows best and I am just some stupid jerk with an S60R.. <p>So my latest problem is the left hand turn signal problem where the turn stalk shorts out.. I called DB Dulles for some stupid reason, talked to CC and again he was a total rooster. So I hung up.<p>Called Falls Church.. and so far.. I am super pleased.. What a difference, the adviser actually listened acted concerned and was apologetic to me for the car having problems (30k miles) with a 100k warranty. Anyway I have an appointment on Wed morning we shall see how it goes. They are going to look at a few other little things too.. Sorry for the long post.
