Clear it up once and for all. I've heard a bunch of different stories, and I've never had a car with tinted windows.....so I guess Im asking. (Getting ready to tint the car)

well i guess if it's thick enough, it might muffle the sound, but then again i personally don't think the layer applied is thick enough and the sonic absorption of the tint is negligible. <p>sugar pill?

third that. tinting reduced light, nothing more. Laminate though reduced noice and enforces glass to virtually unbreakable by would-be thieves
