Hey guys, I need to get my hands on a set of wheels for dirt cheap. Why? well, my wife is going to be traveling for a few weeks up in northeast this coming winter. She has never driven in snow, and is from Georgia. I fear for her life lol. I was trying to source some steel wheels to mount some snow tires on but am having no luck what so ever. I really dont care what they look like as long as they are straight, and are 15's or 16's since snow tires are less expensive in those sizes. Can anyone offer some help?

Re: Dirt cheap wheels? (Turb04S60)

i got some thors 16's i was gonna powder coat black but i would push off but i think shipping would be more then what i would be asking for...i would give up all 4 for 150 bucks. minus some minor rash on a couple wheels they're in good condition.

these right here in the pic.

ive shipped wheels before, but i cant remember how much they ran me. if you go with ground, and dont care about how slow it is, then i cant imagine its over 100 bucks can you put them on hold for me for lets say, 48 hours at 150 bucks plus shipping?

you say up north, do you mean mid-atlantic, new england, great lakes, canada?

all of those places get different types of snow - location helps make decisions

Volvo recommends 205/55R16 for snows. http://********************/smile/emthup.gif
