Does anyone know what the difference in the rear rotors is from the AWD to FWD models? I have almost got the drilled/slotted rotors I want and now they tell me the rears will not work because I have AWD.

I want the drilled and slotted all around for the look mostly. Any ideas.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Difference in Rear Rotors (larryo108)

The difference is a size and fitting issue. I forget which one, but either the AWD or FWD rotor has a deeper hollow cylindrical space (that mates to rear control arms) which is why AWD & FWD rear rotors are not interchangeable.

the rear rotors on the '98 V70R AWD are 11.5-inch (292mm) diameter solid. i ordered my set from EA . there did seem to be a problem getting the rear rotors--they said something about special order...source was Zimmerman
