What kind of head gasket do people use when they install Darton Sleeves in their block?

My engine is almost ready to run but I can't seem to find if the OEM one is okay to use in such high HP builds.

Darton sleeves have the same OEM bore size (83mm)

Best regards,
Mekanysm

How much boost are we talking? Pretty sure the OEM gasket is MLS which is very good. If you are going huuuuuuge boost you may consider ringing the cylinders, (copper gasket) if using the Darton (dry) press in sleeves. Not an option if you are using the MID wet sleeves. I've been running OEM gasket with MID sleeves for approx. 4 years on 27-28psi without issue. (ARP studs) Key with MLS gaskets is to make sure the surfaces are decked to near perfection for a good seal. We had to ring the block on our drag car for the same reason, burning through the gasket between cylinders each season. Extreme case I know, which is why I asked how big of boost are you planning on pushing.

I do not want to go crazy on boost so I don't think I'll go over 30psi. I got the OEM MLS one and everything is good! Both surfaces have been decked to avoid any issues.

Thanks for the insight everyone,
Mekanysm

Not only OEM, but genuine volvo MLS or you will be doing it again.

Can confirm, reinz is not OEM for the head gasket, FCP is not always right. Save yourself the hassle and go to the dealer for bolts and gasket. Been there done that
