I want my suffering to help as many others avoid my same fate as possible.<P>I worked with Tony at Hitch-web for quite some time (as well as with the engineers for Draw-Tite and Da'Lan). When we were all through with our exchanges and returns, I wanted to show Tony the result of our efforts. He immediately plunked it onto his link page. I can't say enough good things about Hitch-web's customer service. They paid for shipping both ways of my "defective" units, and were genuinely interested in assisting the manufacturers with the redesigns.
