Does anyone know where I can get damper motors for a 2000 S70 besides dealer?

I think what you're looking for is #13, actuator. $130 from Tasca vs $170 from dealer.

Thats what I need. Thanks. That's probably the best price I will find except going to get them at a scrap yard.
