In a nutshell, this is a faithful reproduction of the custom sub and amp setup created from scratch by veteran Swedespeed member and learned audiophile Mark-sf for his XC60. I could try and describe it, but by far the best way to understand what we're talking about is to read Mark's own project thread here. I enter the conversation on page 18 with post #342 and document my own build from there with plenty of pictures.

The only difference between the original and mine is that I used plywood instead of MDF to build. I am supplying the sub, the amp, and the complete wring loom. Also included are the cut-out boot insert and modified floor, so you don't have to make any permanent alterations to your car. In Mark's thread you will find all the information you need to install. Again, the only alteration I made to my setup was that I mounted the amp on the box itself. In the thread you will also find the settings you will want to adjust in the factory head unit equalizer.
Needless to say, I am more than happy to make myself available to the buyer for any help or advice on installation. If you're not confident in your ability to install yourself, I would be happy to arrange a time for the buyer to come here and install on site with my help. I suspect this would take 2-3 hours at most as the system is essentially plug and play.
While I'm sure this system is compatible with XC60 model years other than 2013, I honestly have no idea which these might be. But I'm 99% certain you will need to have the Premium Sound System as the harness wires directly into the factory amp for this system under the drivers seat.
