Hi all!
I received the IPD stabilizer bar PU bushings: http://www.ipdusa.com/Products...D=629)
and have a question regarding the washer that was included. It's not a flat washer, one side is has a sharp edge and the other side is rounded and smooth. For those that have installed this, which side of the washer butts up against the washer, the sharp side or the smooth side? TIA!

Usually the smooth side goes to the nut side
Happy vibes, (Vibrations).

Re: Crossbar PU install question/help (bayflash)

Both of the above are correct. I tightened mine up to 38 lbs. Two weeks later I heard a rattling noise underneath the hood. I found it was the bolt I had tightened two weeks earlier. Retorqued them and all is fine. After the intial install give it a week and check them again. Just my 2c's

Re: Crossbar PU install question/help (Scott Hart)

Hi Scott,
Thanks for your reply here. Actually, the instructions were included, it just never said what side of the washer butts up against the bushing. If you could revise that in the instructions, that would be helpful for others as well.
I'll call you on Monday. Thanks again Scott!
