I just noticed that the top part of my dash has several stress marks/cracks on it. My car only has 27k on it and was wondering if this is should be covered under warranty. I protect my dash about every 2 weeks with 303 aerospace. Anyone else have this problem??

Re: Cracked Dash...Warranty?? (PhilUp)

Wow! I have had dashes crack on several of my other cars, but the dash on both my R's look as new after 5 years, and they get BEAT by the Florida sun EVERYDAY! (And I must admit that I condition the leather regularly, but I do neglect the dash a bit) I would definately try to warranty this.

I successfully had that part replaced under warranty a few months ago when the stitching was coming apart. Took the dealer a month to get the part, but otherwise no issue.

Re: (BigG)

When conditioning your seats be sure to condition the leather above the cluster, door panels, arm rest, basically all the leather bits, this way your interior will be happy.<p>Is 303 aerospace ok for leather??

That should be covered under warranty. The stitching on top of my gauges, around the bend, came off and looked like it shrunk. Went to the dealer and was covered under warranty.
