Is your temp gauge not working? Most of the times its just the tstat especially at your mileage. Took me 10mins to replace without draining the coolant (got a little wet).

For oil you will need a 12mm (for the splash guard) and 18mm for the drain plug.
Re: coolant temp sensor drain plug (Turbos60)

thanks Nick...yea i dont know if you read that other post i had..but when i turn the car on first thing in the morning instead of it idling around 1500 rpms then slowly dropping down after a few moments... it just drops down right from jump and idles rough also i think its running a little rich.. by what i've read in doing some research and lucky i think one time suggested i take a look at was the coolant temp sensor... my temp guage seems to be fine but i'm gonna change the thermostat also as preventive maintance..

Cool... if i were you i would invest in a decent socket set. I just carry mine in the trunk and whenever i need it's there.

Re: coolant temp sensor drain plug (deerok)

Well the good thing is with a decent socket set and torx bits you can pretty much take apart the whole car http://********************/smile/emthup.gif
