Hi All,

I've been noticing a "dampened" clunk in the rear when shifting into reverse after going forward. By "dampened", I mean that it's almost a metal on rubber sound.

Obviously, I need to get back there and start jiggling things with the pry bar, but it would be great to find some common culprits to start with.

Thanks!

I changed front shaft joint with new one and no more klonk or bump what you explain here. Yes front one you can change without removing all drive shaft...
Im very glad that i solved this clunk. Of course mark the bevel gear joint 1 hole position and shaft 1 bolt hole before you exchange. Balanced properly.
