Frank of Eurosport Tuning in Canada has been trying to build a kit. Supposedly almost done, just need to take care of the rear ones. Forgot which brand of shocks and springs they use in the combo, David E. might be able to tell you more.
VST from Japan has one, too. I've known this company for many years, but never got anyone to import their goods to the States, maybe your can find some shop in your country that would do that for you. Here in the States, some guy talked about it, but nothing has ever realized yet I think.
I'm going to test out this custom set from Taiwan. They did one for a supposed heavily 850, I'm contacting them soon. Won't know anything until I talk to them.

I keep in stock in London a complete 'coilover' suspension kit for all 850's ans S/V/C 70 (not rear of AWD's).
I have shipped kits to north America, but, have had some disappointment from a few customers wha are not reconciled to the fact that it is not possible to have a 'boulevard' ride with this type of suspension that has dispensed with some of Volvo's NVH components to get the competition style handling that they have expected.
I will shortly have a similar kit for the New V70, S60 and S80.
Also, I now have front suspension bushes for the new V70 and S60, together with a kit that replaces the standard bushing in Volvo's inovative top engine mount/strut brace, and a complete bushing kit for the S60 AWD. All these bushes are exactly as supplied and fitted in the S60 AWD cars that the Ford WRC team use in their recce cars.

We got the front coilover shipped out and on my car, the rear is almost done. What we're working out now is integrating a better force distribution around the strut bushing, it's hard to do when you have to get rid of the force that the stock springs were putting on the outside of the bushing, that they're now putting on the inside, where the metal housing isn't re-inforcing them as well. This is why they're not for sale yet, so anybody that actually wants one, gets the best product they can, and all the R&D is taken care of. Shouldn't be too much longer though, we've got the fronts already sorted out, and prob another 2 weeks or so to test the rears and we'll be in the clear with an amazing full suspension.
I too have heard VST has a kit, too bad kai hasn't started distributing yet.
