With my climate control in full auto it would seem the fan speed does not respond when you increase the cabin temperature (even all the way to maximum) it stays at speed 2 and does not increase so car is not very warm.
In manual mode where I increase the speed of the fan manually everything works as it should and the cabin is nice and warm.
Anybody got any ideas what could be causing this?
Thanks in advance to any suggestions!

What year? How long after startup is this happening (is the engine warm enough)?

It's a 2003 I can feel some heat after engine warm up period of 10 - 15 minutes but fan in my opinion should be responding more to the cool temperature inside the cabin, my previous cars climate control increased the fan speed to max until set cabin temperature was achieved.

The sensor/sensor fan is probably broken. It's located behind that little grill just below The climate controls. Both can be replaced.
