I've started to see quite a few small stone chips on the front of my car(expected since it is a daily driver in a new development). My question is on how to get rid of these things. I would like my car to look spotless but until I can store this and use it as a toy only I need to get some options. What would you guy do in this case? Also while we're on the subject, what do you thinks are the best products to use to clean and shine/protect the red on the R wagon?

Touch up the chips but if the number of them is to high it will look like crap. Or get the hood painted if it is bad. The clear film looks bad after it ages and is stuck on all the time, a bra is better but these need to be looked after, most people put them on and leave them, in that case they will do even more damage. With a car that is used as a daily driver it is hard with all the construction in town, the dump trucks are the worst just after they leave the work site, my policy is if I see any truck I blow by him as well as try my best not to follow cars when possible, keeps some of the crap away!

If you drive the car a lot it is just one of thoes things you have to deal with. If those damn chips werent there i my car would look just like it did off the showroom floor 6 years and 100k miles ago. I have a bra for the front of my car and it helps a bit. Just make sure you put an extra coat or two of wax on the front of the car and take it off when you wash it or when it rains.
