Decided to flush some steering systems. The book says CHF 202 which is pretty pricey. rmeuropean.com gets about $15 qt which is about the best I see it for. They also sell Fuchs/Titan and Febi Bilstein for under $11 qt.
I bought a qt of Fuchs and a qt of Febi (Ferdinand Bilstein?) and read the bottles. the Fuchs is authorized by VW and Chrysler and recommended for others including Volvo.
Both are made in Germany. The near empty Pentosin can says it is made in Mexico for CRP. Then in smaller print it says Fuchs.
So I say Fuchs it, save the $ and buy the German stuff. That's probably what the car left the factory in Europe with unless they can manufacture and ship it from Mexico for less $.
