http://www.lanescarproducts.co....html
Perusing some tire/wheel care products I found these. They kinda look similar to Medusas I think. And at $600/set they're almost cheaper than a single factory Volvo wheels (especially the 18" Medea and Medusas). What do you guys think? (not that I'm in the market for new wheels, currently, just wanted to share this with some fellow Volvo enthusiasts)

Yes, you can get them on ebay for less. I'm not sure if they are 18x8's though. If that's the look you're going for, and replicas are okay with you, I'd check out ebay before you pull the trigger... Good luck man

Re: Cheap wheels, what do you think, hidden gem? (KyleBrightman)

after spending WAY too much time thinking about it, i have those on my 07 s40 in the 17"x7.5". got 'em off ebay from OEWHEELSINC for $420 shipped. the 17's weighed right at 23lbs each. the 38mm offset really limits your tire choices if you want to keep the rubber inside the fenders. better use the wheel calculator in the stickies to make sure all will be well. i am rolling 215/50/17 and everything is flush...anything wider and will be beyond the fender wheel opening.
you will need hubrings. i used 63.4mm-67mm hubrings and everything rolls fine.
they are a b*tch to keep clean...but they look really nice.

I got those off ebay 2 years ago. I cant seem to find hub centric rings anywhere though so i have a slight vibration at about 50mph. I will agree they are a pain to keep clean but i like em. pics in my sig

Hey MM S40T5, are those Hoen parking lights pretty white? Are they a good match in your opinion to xenons? I see you have them and was considering swapping mine out. Are they the standard or the led version they offer?

Re: (kpsingh0)

Probably something custom with some porsche calipers. I cant justify spending 2k+ on a set of brakes that could be done in my garage for easily half. Hard part is finding the calipers for cheap. Guessing around 500$ for calipers and another 500$ in rotors, pads, and CNC brackets from my buddy.
End off topic/ lol

Until you get your upgrade kit get those calipers painted.

Probaby get them coated instead of painted for a factory brembo shine.
