My springs are very bouncy and soft should I get cheap coils to replace them im thinking its a seven idea

Cheap and coilovers do not mix well.

What springs are you running? Of course stiffer springs make a difference, but adjustable shocks/struts can help as well.

All springs are bouncy. It's the dampers job to control that bounce, so if that's not happening, I'd look there first. Cheap coilovers are almost always a bad idea.

Do you have upgraded swaybars?

I just have a set of unknown lowering springs I had on the car when I bought it everything else is stock it just seemed like a better Idea just because I am not making enough money now to get decent coilovers but I have been reading and just can't make up my mind

If your car is bouncy and the struts have never been replaced, it's definitely those that are the problem not the springs. I would replace your struts and rear shocks, and add swaybars if you have the money.
