Changing struts/shocks

I received my 3 big boxes from IPD last week - time for some fun now!!

One part of the chores ahead are getting a mechanic pal to take out Original shocks/struts with 78K on them. We are then putting in the IPD springs/Bilstein combo I have waiting here.

Now what else would you folks recommend changing while all F&R asseblies are out??

On my old VW's we'd always put in new upper front strut bearings...
