Just wanted to give you guys a heads up, I had a great experience at Champion Ford Volvo in Erie today. The technician and service manager were incredibly helpful in my queries and the service was under $100 for a tailgate repair, DTC read/clear and advisory.
I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Ford or Volvo.
That surprises the heck out of me. They couldn't handle the rear end work necessary on my XC70 so they were going to sub it up to New Motors. I figured it out and started taking it Kevin at NM for everything.
My XC is gone but the bad taste in my mouth from multiple issues at Champion remain. (Service, parts and sales.).
Glad you had a good experience but I wouldn't buy a light bulb off of them.
Because they weren't capable of the work, hadn't been trained on it yet.
