Does anyone have any clue how cem can be reprogrammed? or cloned from old one?

This is an interesting project that would also interest me. I have an XC60 MY2013 and would like to have DRL. Are there any new findings on this in the meantime?

Yes. It's been solved.
It is a thread on the forum with how to do it. Fully functional with a 2013 cem.

Any other to add handfree phone option to existing radio? to use it wit speakers and built in mic?

The amplifier is mounted under the passenger seat. This means you have to run at minimum all the speaker cables from the dashboard to the amplifier, as well as a MOST fibre optic cable from the IAM to the amplifier and +12V power. You also have to change the configuration in the CEM, and you probably won't be happy with the base speakers either. But it's doable. You could also upgrade to IHU and Premium Sound.
