Found my CEM had water damaged terminal on circuit board. =/
Best replacement options? Correct me if I am wrong, I cannot go to a junkyard find another CEM and replace.... Correct?

You'll need to have Xemodex transfer the CEM software. The CEM is paired to the car and no other CEM will work without having the software copied.

"Paired" is true but the CEM is the central hub of the entire car control module network. It has the factory identifiers, the mileage, the configuration of the entire car. Other modules verify their own information with that in the CEM, and disable themselves for many disagreements. So you'll need a practically identical CEM hardware module, and a faithful clone of its memory.

Are you sure you can't repair the water damage?

I agree on contacting Xemodex ... they can give you sound guidance.
