Ok, the raio and everything else works, but a CD will not play. Any ideas on the cause or the cure?

Does it say deck error? Do you have a single disk or a 6 disk?

It is the 6 disc version. It does not say anything unfortunately, it just doesn't work.

Your best bet would be too buy a used one on eBay . Just make sure you match the part number on the back! It's plug and play, got mine for 65$ which is a steal compared to 900 at the dealer for the part and install.

But if yours isn't saying deck error you may want to try resetting it first

I have heard that if I have to replace the radio, I could get a later model year and actually have iPod in ports. Is this true?

How do you reset the CD Player?

Once you replace it .. stop using burnt cd's .. thats what causes them to go belly up ive had two that have done it
