So I installed my catch can today. I used the tubing it came with which was a mistake because when it gets hot it crimps and becomes very soft. What kind of hose have you guys used? Any tips to getting to the area better back by the turbo? I couldn't get and tools back there to tighten the clamps so I used zipties for now.

Re: Catch can install problems (sacrifice)

Pictures and more details would help a lot here. Also, you can GOOGLE a zillion websites for your hose needs or, better yet, just go to Pepboys and get appropriate high temp (engine) hoses based on your I.D. needs.<p>Which catchcan did you get?

Alright well I finally got it installed to my liking. I used high temp hose. I moved some things around and finally got the hoses on there WITH hose clamps instead of zipties. I got an ebay catch can, and sealed it up real good now its perfect. If anyone wants to know which one I got just message me and I will link you. Also if anyone has any questions feel free to ask. Things are always easier the second time around!
