Hello All,

So I swapped out the TCV on my 04 S60R today, cranked it up and took off for a test drive. As I turned out of my driveway, I gave it light throttle, the boost shot past 20 psi, then the car limped to the top of the hill and died. Hasn't cranked since. What the heck happened? I touched nothing other than swapping out the TCV!

Thanks!

Check IC piping first.

That said, what codes are you getting, no crank at all?!

Fix that loose boost pipe. You can start and run the engine limp mode by unplugging the MAF sensor.

Blew the coupling at the throttle body, completely missed that the first time through. Adjusted the waste gate, and now it runs like an angry viking again! Thanks for the help!
