It was nice to meet up with most of you, though I recognized some cars there whos owners I never had a chance to meet.
In general, they got probably around 45-50 cars there on Saturday. Sunday was smaller, but some other cars showed up that weren't there Saturday, including Yannis and some others. I shot cars both days and the gallery and article will be up this week.
For those with older cars, the swap meet was a Goldmine. I ended up picking up a set of steel wheel center caps that have proved tough to find. Another very cool vendor was nice enough to show me which circuit board on my instrument cluster was faulty, even though I didn't buy anything from him.
There was a good selection of used RWD wheels as well. We picked up a set of early 760 wheels (5 of them) that had a pretty rough finish but are generally straight. The best part of that is, I had the forethought Sunday morning to throw all my extra Volvo parts in the back of the car. The vendor selling the wheels (a DC area used Volvo parts business actually) was nice enough to trade even up for all of my parts, making the wheels effectively free and clearing out some of the Volvo crap from my house that my wife isn't very fond of.
The cars themselves were beautiful. It was very heavy on the older cars, though some newer ones did show up.
