Carbon Fiber Works Polestar Rear Wing Install Question

After waiting 6 weeks I finally received my carbon fiber wing from Carbon Works. Now the question I have is I was able to slip the wing right over my existing factor lip spoiler during a test fit. It seems like I could use the original spoiler to add some strength to the new one because it is slighting touching it. So my question is should I just leave the factor spoiler on the car and attach the new one or do I need to remove it? I know this might sound like an odd question but the new spoiler if larger and hollow so it almost seems like that is they way it should be installed. Obviously there are no instructions.... so anybody that has installed one of these might be able to shed some light on this question. Thanks in advance...

Nevermind.... I see what is going on now. I have a real factory polestar spoiler wrapped in CF by carbon fiber works.... I should remove the old spoiler for proper fitment. Now is the old lip spoiler just held on with double sided tape or does it bolt in as well?

Update: It just uses double sided tape... but let me tell you something. The stuff they use in Europe has to be some of the strongest f%$#ing **** I have ever seen. I ended up destroying the spoiler because Volvo decided that the tiny lip needed tape on 80% of the mating surface. Volvo could have cut that amount in half and it would have been plenty strong enough to hold on a little tiny lip on the back of the car. My God is there a rash of dislodged spoilers killing people on the autobahn or something LOL. I am not going to screw around all day trying to get it off with heat gun and fishing line. So after dealing with this I have new theory... The waste and overuse of double sided tape caused Volvo to sell out and be owned by foreign companies. I could be wrong though.... haha

Oh and on a side note Viva Performance's Mystery Swag gift was a dumb sticker and crappy plastic license plate frame that looks like it cost under 5 bucks bulk wholesale. That will make me really want to promote your website on my car after spending over 2 grand with you. That is top notch marketing right there!
