Re: car protection (R broski)

I have tan colored denim seat covers from autoseats.com on my VR's front seats and headrests. They fit very nicely. I'm thinking about getting them for the rear seats too.
http://www.autoseats.com/volvoseatcovers.html
They have openings for the side airbag, seat controls and lumbar adjustment knob. I've had my VR for two years. The wear on the outer driver's seat bolster over that time (or both seats for that matter) is zero. Its time to wash them, actually. Later, I'll post a pic of my covered seats and a few pics of my seats without the covers so you can see for yourself.

Re: car protection (R broski)

For the seat covers, I ordered a set from Costco online that are made for the S60. I checked with the factory (King's) and the customer service agent told me they would fit the R. I am happy with them and they come in a variety of colors in a two-tone design with black as the outer color(also comes in all black). They are made of neoprene, so clean up is easy wet or dry. As a result, the kids are allowed to ride in back again!

Alright guy/gals
I have a new boy or girl?? coming in 2 weeks. I need to move my 2 year old to either left or right rear site (currently in center seat and legs pass between seats where I can keep an eye on him)
It is time to get something to protect my leather. I'd prefer full seat covers. I was thinking of going front seats only but maybe I should get something for the rear as well until the kids are old enough to respect the car. I'm starting early though.
I told my 2 year old "remember we need to keep shoes off the backs of the seats" yesterday. He rolled his eyes at me (seriously)
Searching led me to this thread.
http://www.autoseats.com/volvoseatcovers.html
What is everyone using to cover/protect their seats? My main protection will need to be the back of front seats from those shoes.
thanks,
Ryan
