sel,
They did a beautiful job on the bra but be very careful about keeping the car clean. The slightest bit of sand or abrasive dust WILL get trapped around the edges and damage your paint. They should have given you directions to remove it every time you wash the car.
I used to use bras here in Colorado, but even well fitting ones did nasty things to my paint.

Re: car bra/mask (selrahc)

I'm really against the bra. Personally, I think it ruins the look of the car. It's like having plastic wrapping on couches. Also the flapping bra does scratch the paint.
If you want temporary protection for long trips then there are spray on types that wash or peel off.
http://www.duplicolor.com/products/shield.html
http://www.griotsgarage.com/ca...20264
http://www.protint.com/QuickPeel.ivnu
I tried the duplicolor. Although it works, it is a pain to put on and wash off. Now I just put on fresh coat of wax before my trip to ease the clean up.

( Not to mention, it is quite ugly) However, if you do use a bra, keep the car clean and waxed to minimize the damage. The clear bra is a much better option.

Whats the point? i mean, unless long trip includes off roading gravel roads or anything like that. I dunno, I like showing off the lines of the car. That said, it is a personnal thing, being originally from NY I will never drive a convertible with the top up. Seen enough in my day. it would have to be a third car and i would park it in the garage with the top down. I guess that is enough rant for now .lol.

Re: (PornSStar)

CARS are like WOMAN , they look better without bras.
to protect the front end while driving one could drive backwards , I actually drove a highly modified RUF Porsche backwards on a track this way AND won (ok it was Grand Tourismo 3) but IMO I would skip the bra. just go thick on the wax up front that should do.
