Camber adjusters, also harsh ride

I see that camber adjusters are available for the 850s. I have a '96 855T. The front tires show the usual extra wear on the outside edge. You any of you think that more camber will allow the tires to wear more evenly?

How difficult is the installation of the camber adjuster? Does the strut need to come out?

Also, I've been noticing how harsh the ride is. I think the ride has gotten worse, but it may be that my memory has gotten worse. I've had Bilsteins in for a long time. Everything else is about the same. I haven't noticed any looseness in the suspension. Any ideas about the suspension (not the memory)?
