Picked up my new C70 yesterday! I think it's great and I'm really happy with my vehicle choice. It also seems to attract quite a bit of attention from other drivers. I have yet to see another one on the road.
Got: Black/Calcite, Dynaudio, Cold weather pkg, Premium Pkg, Xenons and 18in rims
Re: C70 (CSHDMD)

Congrats. One of the things I like about the C70 is that it's not one of what I call "bellybutton cars" (meaning, everybody has one). May you enjoy it for a long time!

I ordered Magic Blue/black leather, 6 speed manual, Dynaudio with satellite radio, premium and climate packages, xenon. I'm picking it up October 9 in Sweden. A long wait, but I'm looking forward to it.

Re: C70 (asja)

Would very much like to hear about your experiences with picking up your car in Sweden. Are you planning any special excursions while there? We are seriously thinking about doing the same next summer and have lots of questions. Have a great trip!
Re: C70 (OTPAS)

We're picking it up in October, so still a long wait. You can read more about OSD on the Overseas Delivery board. http://forums.swedespeed.com/zeroforum?id=55
I wanted to drive up to the Arctic Circle, but October isn't the best time for that, and a C70 probably isn't the best car for that anyway. Maybe in a few years we'll buy a new wagon in the summer and drive north. This time we're going to spend a few days in Sweden and then drive down to Germany to visit the in-laws. Ordering this car OSD was actually several months faster than ordering through our dealer, and slightly cheaper.
