Hey guys,<p>Here are a few pictures of my C70. I just got her out of the storage facility on Saturday. The roof DID NOT collapse on my car, for a change LOL<p>Tuned her up including: new canisto metallic dark grey wheels on Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymetric 235-45-17 (slight rubbing in front at full turn), oil change, and finnally got a SC-901 unit to replace my SC-900 (I'm now at FULL dolby surround sound YEAH!).<p>Oh, and of course, gave her a first bath this year <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/biggrin.gif" BORDER="0"><p><A HREF="http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=c70avril20096.jpg" TARGET="_blank"><IMG SRC="http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/7706/c70avril20096.th.jpg" BORDER="0"></A><br><A HREF="http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=c70avril20095.jpg" TARGET="_blank"><IMG SRC="http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/4493/c70avril20095.th.jpg" BORDER="0"></A><br><A HREF="http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=c70avril20094.jpg" TARGET="_blank"><IMG SRC="http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/2284/c70avril20094.th.jpg" BORDER="0"></A><br><A HREF="http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=c70avril20093.jpg" TARGET="_blank"><IMG SRC="http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/677/c70avril20093.th.jpg" BORDER="0"></A><br><A HREF="http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=c70avril20092.jpg" TARGET="_blank"><IMG SRC="http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/498/c70avril20092.th.jpg" BORDER="0"></A><br><A HREF="http://img339.imageshack.us/my.php?image=c70avril20091.jpg" TARGET="_blank"><IMG SRC="http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/4877/c70avril20091.th.jpg" BORDER="0"></A><p>Cheers! <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/cool.gif" BORDER="0"> <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/embeer.gif" BORDER="0"> <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://********************/smile/emthup.gif" BORDER="0">

I used to have 235/45/17 winter tires. They were so meaty <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/mad.gif" BORDER="0">

They seemed rounder on the edges. These tires, although confortable, have a 4x4 look Im not sure about lol

My centre dash speaker and drivers side tweeter are broken so I really miss the full dolby experience. You wouldn't happen to know where I can find a replacement would you?

Re: (LucasC70)

In this clip from the movie, the car was spinning so a lot of the weight was shifted to that side making it look nice and low.<p> <IMG SRC="http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/3198/c70005248fc5.jpg" BORDER="0">

Re:

Yes you could get a lowered sports chassis in the UK which was very low. Its even lower than my car which has the Eibach Pro-Kit.<p>I must say that I take back every bad thing I said about this car. After having 4 new high-performance tires and the Eibach Pro-Kit installed, its an absolute beauty to own and drive.<p>I always secretly hope/dream that there is a brand new C70 T5 GT Manual Coupe lying around Volvo HQ that they forgot about. I would buy it just to store it in my garage forever.

That is either true love or borderline obsession. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/smile.gif" BORDER="0"> Add some upgraded sway bars and you will love it even more.
