I would love some of these, especially as they are harder to find. But I don't think that they would fit my S60.

Nope; C70 only, sadly. If they fit sedan/estate, I'd be keeping them.

So I believe some of them fit the other cars? Aren't they 6.5"?
You can mount the quarter panel speakers from a vert into the fronts doors of an S/V70. Aside from that, tweeters are the only other speaker that will swap from a coupe.

Pretty positive that’s correct for Jared’s offering here, but it does remind me to ask a general question of him/Scottish/other gurus.

Is it simply plug and play to do a full conversion of a base or HP audio system to DynAudio of the same model/platform, or would you need more than VIDA (i.e., a software download via a paid subscription or dealer visit)?

Thanks, and sorry for the hijack!

p80 is plug and play. P2 is also, but there are codes for audio module missing if you go aftermarket. P1 and others are much harder to upgrade.

AFAIK they plug and play. P80s are just dumb enough for things like audio not to be an issue because they’re not really canbus cars.

Thanks. That was my fear. There’s an ‘08 in the jy near me with DynAudio. Some Neanderthal before me gutted the door cards and stupidly trashed the speakers (no idea what he was after); wasn’t sure if there was anything else worth trying to salvage from the audio.

dude, a question. Where the crossovers (black boxes, bottom on the pic) are located in the car? Somewhere behind the dash or in the doors?
