can barely see them...one over rear plate as well





My perspective...seems far away but actually it's well within arms reach



USA spec with RCA...ZR3/X50 controller is mounted in area behind panel on passenger side of dash

Seriously, I need help (ask anyone). Looks nice and I wonder how effective it is. What is the detector you have? Is that the Escort? I wonder if the Valentine will work w/ your system too.

Seeing as you've got the ZR3 covering the laser reception, I'd totally move the 8500 up into the tint band. The center windshield position is way too in the field of view. Both of you, and of officer friendly, and of anybody looking to do a little B&E.

I have a V1 up in the tint band, and the laser detection still works fine. If I'm driving in a heavy laser area, I might drop it an inch to peek out from the tint, but it's completely invisible from the outside there. I'm still waiting on the fence for the AL6(laserpropark) and Drivesmart systems to come on the market for jamming.

I did the USA Spec install...PITA..center console....
I had ULTRASOUNDS in Lynbrook do the SIRIUS/ZR3
The 3M I'm referring to is for the lenses Fog/Headlight...I did that as well
The radar detector is the Passport X50 and it is a plug and play with the ZR3...now the X50 is the display for both...
Not that I'm not concerned with " B&E" but the location I chose was based on user practicality...the upper visor area is useless if you actually use your visor...
Oh yeah, I know it works...I got blasted head on, unit began shifting, I slowed down and avoided a talk with 'the man'
