Hey everyone, I am getting the above message on our '03 V70 2.4T. I've checked all the bulbs and can't find anything that could be the issue. Any suggestions? Is this just an electrical gremlin and how might I get rid of it?

Re: Bulb Failure Position Light (Dewstain)

These can be a real pain, usually a marker lite in rear (at least in my cases)I went under warranty and they would replace all rear lamps....had it done just before the warranty ran out on my 04 and had my mechanic turn off the daytime running lights...I use the lights like any other car...leave them off during the day, switch em on at dusk/rain. I noticed on the 04 I went thru 4 sets of bulbs front and rear, the 05 no bulbs at all still I had my mechanic replace all the bulbs and turned off the drls, been well over a year and no silly messages. Yeah, Take a close look at the rear markers. I have also had this msg when a bulb was dying. Nothing looked wrong, a couple of days later the bub died.
The V70 has more bulbs than you can shake a stick at, I keep spares of them all in the car.

Here's what I do:
1. Open rear hatch back
2. Bang on sides of tail lights
3. Slam said hatch back
4. Problem solved for another year

Holy crap, I can't believe that worked.
Thanks.
BTW, anyone else have issues with one of the windshield wiper nozzle's not spraying? I open the hood and all the fluid leaks out of the access. I'm going to look at it more tonight.

Re: (Dewstain)

Nozzle is probably clogged. Try reaming it out (GENTLY!!!) with a sewing needle.
