I noticed that my bikes seem hard at the of pushing.
About 2000 I replaced all 4 rotors and put on ceramic brake pads.
Is the power bake pump failing?
How do check it. No leaks under the car.
I should check the brake fluid level

I did the brake booster test and is fine.
That is I pumped the brake with car off and it got harder and harder.
I started the car and the brake released beautifully toward the floor.
Now what ?
Thanks

A couple of years ago I had a similar problem. I had to push really hard to get the brakes to work. I ended up replacing the booster and master cylinder. I suspected the booster to be the fault but decided to do both since they were original. The brakes worked perfectly afterwards.

You can save a lot by buying ATE parts. They are the original equipment manufacturer for Volvo.
