Brake Help

Hello everyone. I would appreciate some advice on brake components. It's that time when I need to replace my brake pads, and thought wow what about an upgrade to some better rotors and pads. But I am not sure in which direction to go or am I better off staying stock. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
