15.5 S60 FWD....Cruising Highway in Eco + Some City Driving (10%). Had to take off Eco mode a few times due to elevation and road steepness. And to pass of course...None the less, 555 miles is pretty commendable for a 17 gallon tank!

1221 KM = ~785 Miles. How many liters are in the V60? I'm guessing it has a much larger tank than the S60 (17 gallon / 63 liters).

Sorry, don't worry about the Trip computer, I meant the distance to empty on the right. 1165 kms till empty.
I'll give you the hot tip, that didn't end up happening

Normal lead-foot driving is about 25 mpgs in mixed city/hwy miles with my 2012 S60 T5

Highway only at about 65-70 mph is usually about 28 mpgs

Highway only 50-55 mphs with no A.C., tires fully inflated, driving slow, etc gets about 33 mpgs

These numbers, especially the city, are very subjective. The kind of terrain, length of trip and ambient temperature plays a big role on how much that mileage is.

Agreed. I live in Seattle and have gotten 18-19 mpg city on a few tanks.

Totally agree. In the city typically average 18.5mpg, freeway 26-28mpg. On a recent 1,000 miles road trip, fully loaded, with a ski rack and cruise control set at a comfortable 75, I averaged 20mpg.

Eco Mode helps a lot, but terrain is definitely a factor. If one lives in a mountainous region, with a lot of incline, gas mileage will certainly be affected.

My 2015.5 V60 with a brand new 2.0 turbo drive-e engine just got 33 mpg on a 500 mile drive with the cruise control set at 75 mph, eco mode on, A/C on, premium gas.
I often get 23-27 mpg with my 12 mile mixed commute.

These are my calculated numbers after gassing up.

My trip statistics readout is usually 2 mpg higher than what I calculate when I pump gas (miles driven since last fill up divided by number of gallons needed to fill up).

When I filled up this morning, the estimated range on a full tank was 630 miles (1,013 km), but that was after a 45 minute stint at 65 mph and there's no way I'll actually get that much range. Overall I'm pretty happy though - I've consistently gotten about 400 miles to a tank in mixed driving despite the inline 6. :)

Hmmm... Well my S60 has gotten ~600 miles before on eco mode. But you have a T6 vs T5 so that does make a difference.

I also have no Eco mode on my 2012. 🙂

I'd need to average 36+ mpg to go over 600 miles on a tank and I just don't see that happening with the 3.0 litre I6. I'm just happy that I'm getting better mileage than my old P80.

With my 05 S40 T5 AWD 5 speed automatic I'm getting around 10l/100km (23 mpg) in daily mixed driving. Once warmed up, the trip computer shows about 7l/100km (33 mph) on highway driving conservatively...
