Ordered the wrong floormats from Boston Volvo. John Sharisky corrected the problem and sent them out and I received (hopefully the correct ones as I haven't test fitted them) the mats 2 days later. <p>I'm always the first to complain when I encounter bad customer service. But when I encounter awesome customer service, I'm obliged to spread the word. Another praise for John and Boston Volvo. He's an outstanding guy. Couldn't agree more with everybody else in this thread - their service (especially John's) is impeccable.<p>My poor local dealership - they've lost $$$ like crazy as I always wait for Boston Volvo's semi-annual parts sale.<p>Raje

I've been throwing John some curveballs and he's been very helpfull with me. He can find out the answer for you and will help you order parts. He's top notch in customer service. Very rare to find someone who cares about the customer and not just want to make a sale.<br>
