Ok......I have searched with no luck! I have an 04 GT S60R. I just returned my BSR PPC because of problems with the idle and boost spikes. The car is back to factory ECU settings and running great. Anyways, the boost with my BSR was at 21 psi in 3rd gear on up. First and second was 15 psi max (because of the torque limiting) the pull in third gear on up was WONDERFULL! If not for the idle and inconsitant boost and rpm levels I would have kept it. I have contacted IPD and talked to them about their stage 2 no torque limiting ECU tune. I have gotten 3 different answers when asking this question,"what are the boost levels for your program and my car"? First I was told that stock is 12psi and with their upgrade the MAX BOOST would be 17. Then talking to another, same question they said MAX BOOST would be 16psi or so. The third said 19psi MAX. Marco is not available (the guy who made this program for IPD) untill next week. The same for Scott. I know alot of you have manual trannies and your input is valuable here as well. Same with the GT owners. I am wondering what your boost gauge is reading at max boost in each gear. (if you have one) or if you have any further info to share on this. I have been in Our_R's and he has the first program that they (IPD) used on his 04 GT R. He tells me his max was 17 or so. All help on this matter is much appreciated as usual. I hope you all have a great day and could share some valuable information for all of us contimplating this upgrade. The above #'s on my boost for the BSR software were observed by me with my Blitz gauge one week ago.

Re: Boost levels for IPD's software????????????????????????????????????? (Mash)

I was led to believe it was approximately 18 psi.
I have it and I have been enjoying it. Forutnately I got the ECU upgrade while the weather was still cool in the Carolinas. Now that it is hot again, it certainly has lost a little OOMPH.
Having the torque limiter removed alone is worth it IMHO.
-Ben

according to scott hart from a post 1 year ago...."Full load steady state boost is about 1.5 bar or 21-22 psi."

Re: (phuz)

I have read that post as well. That is what's weird about this whole thing. You would think that they would know what max boost is. Not simply guessing,
