Has anyone had any issues with Bluetooth and Palm Treo 650 compatibility? One of my customers had the BT kit installed, and the Palm keeps dropping the BT connection.
The BT kit works perfectly fine with my phone . . . so I doubt it's the BT system itself.
Thanks for any help.

Check VRC2 for a bulletin on it. There was something posted, Im not at work right now to check, but it talked about it being a problem with the Treo. I guess the company was working on a software patch and its supposed to be out now. Your customer may need to upgrade the software in his phone. But check the bulletin on it,it will tell you which phone's.

Re: Bluetooth and Palm Treo (Mike"R")

Thanks, Mike. I was searching for TNN, but found it in the What's New Archive. I appreciate the help.

Check for firmware update's, either Treo or BT. These things are updated continuously.
