Well, my Jetex tips haven't turned to date and are still shiny as ever.

Found a nice picture of the exhaust all together.

NOTE: Eurosport Tuning charges $200 more than Partsforvolvoonline.
http://www.partsforvolvosonlin...=3524

Re: Blue and yellow box from Sweden arrived today... :) (Helmut Ranff)

comparing flow rates to stock at different points.
------------Stock--------Jetex
initial pt: 4.9sq in -- 5.9sq in -- 21% increase (smallest point)
mid pnt: 5.1sq in -- 6.28sq in -- 23% increase
ex tips: 9.8sq in -- 12.3sq in -- 25% increase
------------Stock-------Svenske
initial pt: 4.9sq in -- 7.1sq in -- 44% increase (smallest point)
mid pnt: 5.1sq in -- 7.1sq in -- 39% increase
ex tips: 9.8sq in -- 8.8sq in ---10% decrease
So, a Svenske has more maximum flow capacity, especially when comparing choke point, but Jetex has at least 21% more flow than stock, is livable without adding a magnaflow and is dual tip versus single ellipse.
NOTE: Both sport exhausts have straighter piping and less restrictive mufflers/resonators, so increase in air flow is even greater than just maximum flow capacity comparison.

Fair Nuff... I guess I should have spoken up sooner. Are you going to do the install yourself or do you have a shop that you take it to?
-Caleb

After that experience, I've decided that it is my duty to support the economy by paying for skilled technicians to do work. They need to eat as well, and it is selfish of me to deprive them of a way of life just to save a buck.
Volvo dealer does all my mods.

I've always liked the look of the exhaust systems at EurosportTuning but never bothered to dig into the details (they have nice one for the XC90 which will be my wife's next birthday present ). I've bought parts for my T5 from Frank @ Eurosport. He's always been good and fair at pricing. I like him because he's always quick to answer questions and find solutions and he's almost local to me (he's around an hour drive away). I bet that for Canadian guys Eurosport can match or beat the total price (considering less shipping costs as well).
Wait a sec', how did you get that price of $690? PartsforVolvoOnline shows $816.57USD or $734.93USD PFS pricing. What is PFS and why are you quoting $690? Granted there is still a difference but doen't look as big as you suggest. Can you please explain?

Quote, originally posted by KillerB »

Hey Kelly, Can you get a sound clip of inside the cabin on the freeway, cruising speed with roughly 3,000RPM's?...when the leg heals of course.
