So, what are you going to do with the factory bypass valve on the turbo?

I know Johann did it once on his S60 before, then took it off b/c of some reason.

BTW, you won't get the sound to the noise level that you can clearly hear it inside the car. For the T5 at least...

I had a Blitz BOV on my S60 but it had to be mounted on the plastic tube which gave me trouble in the end.
I mounted the BOV just before the throttle body but there are two sensors there which could have given me the trouble also.
I didn't try the tube from the turbo to the I/C, maybe this is better.
There is also an internal BOV in the Mitsubishi turbo compressor and making both work optimal is a very tricky job.
