Blown Head Gasket

I just joined your list.
I'm looking to find a _decent_ mechanic to repair my 1998 v70 T5 A/T Wagon. Ft. lauderdale/N. Miami area
1. remove the head ( i want to send it to Clearwater to have it redone)
2. Replace waterpump, all pvc, vacuum, rad/ IC hoses as needed.
Timing belt & tensioners
3. Complete Stage 0 Tune

I'm trying to budget this, as money is very tight at the moment.
any advice, recomendations greatly appreciated
