painted R surrounds with the euro clear reflectors and euro spec "DRLs"<p>this guy lives in the middle east somewhere if i remember correctly.....that is one of my favorite pictures of an R period

It makes it look like a regular S60. Part of the styling uniqueness of the R models was the matte silver bezel and grille.

i like the black grille and headlights I am actually going that route in the near future myself. on the 04s it makes it match the trim instead of the rims (which you cant see from the front neways) and i like the look. My old prelude was silver with black headlight bezels, black front turns, clear corners, cleared rear turnsignals, gunmetal rims, and tint. i want to do about the same to my R minus the gunmetal rims....i want some polished multispoke alloys i think to contrast since it is Titanium and not silver (so the reverse)

It will be agressive look on R with black headlights and grill (and black tint also). I never seen this on R, but BMW with this style looks like evil. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/smile.gif" BORDER="0">
