Don't know if anyone is interested, but got the 12in rotors on the wifes car. Super easy swap, just ordered frictiopn ready rebuilt calipers for a T5, and the rotors bolt right on. They also fit in the 16in wheels. Only difference is the caliper adapter, so you could just order the adapter from Volvo if you wanted to. I didn't price that as this has some miles on it, and the pistons were getting quite rusty. I used the Centric rotors http://www.tirerack.com/brakes...Rotor
These are the only aftermarket rotor Ive seen that looks as good as OE, and should stay looking good with all the salt we use up here. Used akebono pads http://www.tirerack.com/brakes...+Pads

Meh was just stock brakes really, so didn't take pics. If you just swapped adapters, wouldn't be any more work than a front brake job. I just posted this because I couldn't find any info if they would fit 16in wheels.

Re: (Chilled Man)

I was considering a BIG BRAKE mod for my T5 until I changed the rotors last week - what can I say, they are plenty big enough for street use and cheap as chips.
I'm not so worried about demolishing rotors with nasty pads anymore.
same result as big brake kit without the associated cost.
That said a 325mm rotor with AP 4 spot calipers (kit) is on special from my local distributor for "only" $4500.
out of my budget!
Karl
