Best source for floor panels?

1087 Views 6 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  tdskip
I need a passenger side rear floor and part of a passenger side front. My rear is is "scooped", which is to say it isn't flat.

Thanks!

If it is bent but not badly rusted, just hammer it back into shape.
That's a better fix all the way around.
You probably need a 3# hammer and maybe a steel (or wood) block or two.

Good morning George - unfortunatley it is rusted so I need to get new metal in there.

Thanks for the link Phil!

Floor pans made by a Dutch aviation company...

I bought 16 gauge black iron sheet and made my own.
I replaced 3 floors (should have been all 4) and gas welded them in.
Since I had started to wear bifocals since I had last done any gas welding,
I spent about 5 weekends in the Albrook AFB auto craft shop welding them in. I've got some magnifying welding goggles since then and they make things a lot quicker.
