Had an alignment and a balance and was told i have a slighty bent rim. They said with new tires it would be very hard to feel it while driving. Seeing as im not getting new tires until next summer because i have winters, is it possible for someone/place to fix or correct a bent rim? I will have the whole winter to have them fixed if possible i just want to kno ahead of time that way i can set something up<p>thanks

Let me guess, Kost Tire? That's their favorite line.<p>Here is a place that did one of the wheels on my Audi. They did a real nice job. I mailed the wheel to them. Where the hell does kost tire come into this? i might want someones opinion but im not an idiot if i thought kost tire could do it it just shoot my foot and throw 200$ on a fire

Na actually this was a recent little diddy after my lovely drive back to college with my car loaded up with sh*t. Got my hopes up when the sh*t part of the road back to college was "paved" but that only lasted about 2 miles until the amazing orange sign that said next 35 miles road work. after about 15 miles of what i would almost consider offroading there was a cutline in the road that noone could avoid due to a removed expansion joint. 215/45/R17 arent really meant to hit that and sadly i had no choice. After that i got myself a nice dinger. The guy said its nothing serious and new tires would do the trick but i cant live with knowing they are funked up so they are gunna get fixed as soon as winter comes and the steelies are back in action <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vortexmediagroup.com/images/banghead.gif" BORDER="0">
