Congrats to max on some great numbers. His mods are bmc filter, svenske downpipe, and a custom 3" exhaust and of course the unichip piggyback ecu fully tuned and installer by batlground.

Re: Batlground Strikes Again!!! MAX'S V70R 318Whp and 350WTQ (BOOSTED S60R)

His previous numbers were I think 282 and like 300 wtq his mods then were. Bmc filter, svenske dp, custom 3" exhaust, and the powerchip ecu flash. All the extra power was pretty much gained in the fine tuning of the ecu.

If they keep doing this you never know there may be a non spice version of the unichip and it will be plug and play and removable

Boosted, I want to PM you here in the next couple of days about the Unichip. I got the Evolve 3 inch exsast, svenske downpipe(buying from Slowery), and the filter. Getting ready for the chip next. Found a place in the area that will do it...just a few questions left.

40 whp just from tuning?
wow.
is there a margin of safety that the powerchip tune gives that is GONE with this tune? how close to "the edge" is this...or is it still safe for the motor?

I'm actually going for the Unichip piggy back system. Your dealer will never see it once removed for service. I just went to the GTG in Austin where I asked the service dept every possible question. Even got to see the car hook up to the Vadis and tinkered around thru the different areas of the ecu's.
I've seen 3 users now of the Unichip with no issues. I'm more than sold on a product that uses some minor gains that can be hiden in order to not void the warrenty.

But yes the unichip does work pretty well.

Re: (BOOSTED S60R)

You could also combine a Unichip with an Aquamist 2c system (the Unichip acts as the water injection controller) for even better gains in the hot.
http://www.aquamist.co.uk/cp/sys2c/sys2c.html

Mike, thanks for posting. The first time we dynoed the car (our last dyno day back in Jan) it made the following #s:
285 whp and 310 wtq ¡V outside conditions: 61„aF with 13% humidity.
After the unichip custom tune it made the following #s:
318 whp and 351 wtq ¡V outside conditions: 85„aF with 43% humidity.
All pulls were done on the same dyno.
That¡¦s an increase of 30+ whp and 40+ wtq (with horrible outside conditions)
And one more thing. On this dyno stock Rs put about 230 whp.
